GoldWings North Midlands will be looking at a touring weekend break in 2012, covering some 500 miles around the beautiful North of England following a recent visit by Steve and Sandra. Any member of the federation will be welcome to join us.

Some possible date suggestions are the  last weekend of July or first weekend of August

It maybe possible to add the Friday and Monday making it a four day break covering some 700 miles?

Below is a sample of the two day itinerary

Day 1

Starting from Stoke-on Trent – traveling to Buxton-Holmfirth-Huddersfield – Skipton -Kirkby Lonsdale –  Kendal

1st night stay in a Premier Inn.

Day 2

Travel over Shap – Carlisle, across country up to Berwick upon Tweed, down the East coast to Hartlepool Marina.

2nd night stay in a Premier Inn.
